Jane Rhee
Hi, I’m Jane! I’m an investor at Andreessen Horowitz. Before that, I did growth investing at General Atlantic.
At school, I spent my time:
- Running the Quad Grille
- Starting Harvard Women’s Club Wrestling
- Learning how to write a good cold email with the Harvard College Consulting Group
- Reading lots of good books (shoutout to the three people who read my short lived book blog Jane Rheeds — please don’t take the domain, I’ll get around to it)
- Taking econ, English, philosophy, and art history classes
- TAing a bunch of economics classes (check out the evidence here)
- Electric skateboarding around Cambridge (also no hyperlink for this one, you’ll just have to picture it)
I was born and raised in NYC and now live in San Francisco. I like all kinds of musicals (my recent favorites are Death Becomes Her and Maybe Happy Ending; my all-time favorites are Fiddler on the Roof, Phantom of the Opera, and Les Mis), lifting, going on long car rides, cooking for my friends, and being extraordinarily mediocre but excited about a whole bunch of sports. My special talent is figuring out what cartoon character and/or animal you look most like (available upon request).
